I did not get a written estimate (I should have demanded one, but I didn't...my bad.). I had to pay 50% in advance, to get then to do the job. Although they estimated two days for the job, it only took them one. They removed "major" debris, but they did not clean-up, leaving a thick coat of dirt and sawdust all over the floor.

They were 2 areas with loose/miss-installed laminate they had to come back to fix, and they fixed 1/4 round shoe molding in the kitchen. Finally, they charged my credit card for the remaining half without notifying me, but since I was satisfied with the job, I didn't make an issue of it.
